      Great Contract Company

      Pros

      People were good to work with and very helpful to contractors. Recruiters stayed in touch during the contract and administrative personnel were always willing to take care of whatever I needed. Pay and benefits were excellent.

      Cons

      Biggest downside was the lack of job continuity at the end of the contract; however, that's the nature of working on contract.

      Pros

      Pay can be great. Job can be stable. Can be long term.

      Cons

      No paid time off. Feels like you can be fired, or contract let go of at any point. Medical insurance is super expensive -$45 or more a week- and doesn't cover blood work. They take their good contracts and make them bigger -bring in New horrible management that makes the place bad. Then slowly release the good old managers while rewarding the worst of the old managers.
