Pros

The people who work for Kforce are authentic and friendly. There is an expectation of accountability, and the environment is laid back. There are decent employee benefits. The company allows one work from home day per week to help employees offset long distance travel.

Cons

When moving between departments, there is a cap on pay increases which is often at the disadvantage of the employee. There are large, unnecessary workloads on several teams caused by outdated technology. There are employees performing leader responsibilities for months or years without receiving a promotion. Our company is outsourcing way too much work.

Pros

Kforce really values customer service and a great experience for clients, consultants, and internal employees. I've truly felt an amazing amount of support in my several years at Kforce in both my professional and personal growth and goals. I've felt very valued and like what I do really matters. It's truly a great culture that has kept me here for so long.

Cons

Kforce does not provide a good maternity leave plan for it's employees. There is a lot of improvement to be done with that.
