      Pros

      Very fun family oriented work environment. I love my team.

      Cons

      Very high stress. Poor work life balance. Doing extra tasks but very little pay incentives to make it worth it. Definitely working more than 40hrs a week.

      okay place to work

      Easy to ear a lot if you put in the time Once you prove yourself you can operate the way you want

      Cons

      There is a lot of AM/recruiter divide and unfair treatment Doesnt care about the consultants and focuses all efforts on the client

      Pros

      A great work culture across the firm and offices. Truly a matrix org with an open door policy to be able to reach the people up the flag pole anytime. They recognize the value an employee brings to work every day . The company is extremely transparent with its policies and process when it comes to immigration which is a big factor for many Technically oriented immigrant workers.

      Cons

      The health benefits plan could be better.
