      Growing pains

      Pros

      Somewhat flexible with working remotely if you have proved your worth as a good employee. A lot of events, some work related others social, that lead to strong comraderie amongst peers

      Cons

      There is a lot of turnover and wasn’t a high enough workload to lead to good income. Sales team was green and didn’t have a lot of connections.

      Great fun young culture

      Cons

      Pay is low and benefits are lacking. 401k match is basically non-existent.
