      Pros

      Kforce has been my favorite company to work for in my over 4 years of being in IT. They make you feel like you make a difference, and the culture is very inclusive and constructive.

      Cons

      Innovation takes precedence over stability sometimes, but the company adapts well.

      Pros

      They have a great work life balance, recognition and appreciation is very important to them as well as constant training and career development. They appreciate and listen to your input for improvement too!

      Cons

      Such great events happen at headquarters that I wish remote people could enjoy!

      Great place to work with a trajectory for continued growth

      Pros

      Well run company with a shared vision and drive for growth from the top down. They continue to invest in new, innovative technology, and look for opportunities to be an industry leader in acquiring technology and platforms which are not yet tied to the staffing. They have continued to invest in employees professionally and monetarily.

      Cons

      Revisit and refresh the 401K plan.
