Pros

enticing at first, base pay not bad for being fresh out of school

Cons

quantity over quality. Not comfortable bringing up some conflicts with management - was always afraid of being let go. Not a good environment, work-life balance ceased to exist. relationships with family and friends slipped due to the time consumption. If you aren't a favorite, you will know - i suggest start looking for a new role if it's the case b/c you will be let go. Can be let go because you are not showing you want to be here because of lack of participation in team building events. If you leave on a lunch break and take a full break, you'll hear about it. No support Noisy atmosphere, making work difficult to get done Call Center environment No privacy Tons of gossiping - some is just hearsay but can lead to unfavorable events coming out of it Not as ethical as they claimed they were; saw tons of unethical behavior take place. constant measuring of outbound activity that is really intended to show others how bad you are doing, or how bad they are doing comparatively. Meetings every morning that eat into time that can be used to be productive. Never being off of work - must respond to emails after leaving the office, working from home after leaving, leaving at 5 is wrong, even if you get there at 7 am. Just a miserable place to work - it will drain everything you have. Avoid if you are wanting to do something valuable and not feel like you are just another "thing".
