      My co-workers were incompetent

      Pros

      None come to mind, honestly. Run, don't walk, away from these people.

      Cons

      General incompetence. Recruiters who don't know anything about a field, recruiting workers for that field. Horrible communications skills. I was constantly embarrassed by co-workers who would lie or anything else to get their numbers of prospects up, and know it was wasted effort.

      No pros from my time with Kforce

      I've waited quite a bit to post this, but the amount of stress I went through working for this company was downright unhealthy. I was told my leadership that I need to be working 12-15 hours if I wanted to ramp up, suggesting I wake up earlier every morning (before 7:45 am). The "fun culture" they preach about and take pride in is very fake, you're either making a lot of money or you're an outcast. They also discuss sports in most meetings so if you're not into that, you simply don't know how to contribute. Leadership is very white male dominated. Overall, my time with Kforce was nothing but toxic, made me sick with stress, and I learned almost nothing. You are nothing but a number with this company.

      the tech team is full of white male leaders who have massive egos and are rude to their employees. no leadership and behind on the times - no thanks
