      Pros

      Nothing. They are just staffing company who doesn’t really care about people that work for them. They will lie to get you to work for them, then take back all their promises

      Cons

      Everything. AVOID AT ALL COST!

      Pros

      Kforce has a great company culture and the work from home policy (except for recruiters) makes the work-life balance manageable.

      Cons

      Compensation is below average compared for IT Staffing Companies in the area. You could work their your entire life until retirement and they would not compensate enough.

      They play favorites, and only very few make enough to earn a living

      Pros

      So so place to start your recruiting career, but make a move before too long.

      Cons

      Just look at all the real reviews (1 thru 3 star reviews). Those should give you a firm understanding of the place. Regardless of the location, I would look elsewhere. Too much turn over. They have forgotten that this is a relationship business. Managers are complacent, and unqualified.
