Pros

- National presence with offices in almost every state of the country - Multiple divisions that offer flex and search services - Ability to work from home

Cons

As a recruiter, I typically advise against these sites, but because I am leaving this month, I feel obliged to share all of this with you to let you know - BEWARE - Management is completely out of touch with what their employees are doing - Management is constantly under scrutiny from the executive level which shows in their work ethic, and management style ( Nation wide cuts of management in Q3/Q4 of 2016 ) - Favoritism is clear, and even a suffering employee who is not producing will get free hand outs for unwarranted work - They cannot train and retain employees properly, everyone is leaving me - They take the fun out of recruiting when they consistently implement new standards on top of new standards and make it extremely unclear as to which ones are still relevant - Recruiter Credit takes precedence over client and candidate satisfaction - Overall the NYC office is a toxic environment to work in

Pros

Office humor with the right people.

Cons

Mean girls, cliques, favorites, POOR pay, and micromanaged to death. Metrics are unreachable when thrown on a job that is going nowhere. Cheapest billion dollar company I've ever worked for... very much a "Make us money" attitude. If your hired on as a recruiter, beware... your really a sourcer/cold caller. It's like beating your head against a wall.

Pros

Most of the people there are nice its just poor leadership in the HR department.

Cons

This company is dysfunctional and it starts with the Corporate HR department. If you work in HR and you report someone from HR they WILL FIRE you or try to intimidate you and force you out! Promotions are based on Personal relationships They fired All of the employee relations and compliance team for telling the truth about the dysfunction within the HR department!! They have so many EEOC claims on discrimination for age and race. Client's beware this is an unethical company
