      Horrible culture; unethical leaders; CEO thinks he's a religious prophet. This company could not be more unethical.

      Pros

      Great training materials. Limitless opportunity if you're hungry to be successful. Diverse employee population allows you to draw inspiration from different recruiting and sales methodologies. Inspirational senior leadership. Constant recognition for performing. Teams are always role-playing and providing new ways to coach and support each other.

      Cons

      I can't say that I disagree with any of the comments relating to gossip and cliques among the senior members... but I can ABSOLUTELY say that you get what you put in here. There has been a lot of turnover in the 6 months that I've been in the office but that is expected in an environment this large and competitive. The people in the Addison office are not vicious or malicious and I have not seen anyone leave that had a positive impact on the environment in any way other than profit. Stay out of the interpersonal drama and do your job and you'll be more than fine here. Looking forward to meeting new hires and working to inspire young recruiters in constructive ways for future retention.

      Management has their heads up their rears and are not experienced for the positions they have. Clique mentality among workers.
