      Very dissatisfying even though I was in top 20% of sales

      Pros

      Company takes care of those employees in the inner circle those that attend their prayer meetings. If you do you're golden.

      Cons

      Not a good place if you aren't into prayer meetings. Managers are afraid of David and those in the top tier. They also are biased by seasoned employees always trying to bring in young cheap recruiters. Expectations are that you are always "on" management tens to make bad financial decisions.

      Pros

      Placed me as a contractor at a large financial institution.

      Cons

      Was supposed to have an 18-month contract, but was suddenly ended at 9 months with only 2 weeks' notice due to budget cuts. Kforce didn't fight for me to help me keep my job. The "relationship manager" used to be a soccer player, apparently knows nothing about HR, and simply acted as a puppet. I was given no opportunity to make my case for them to keep me.

      Pros

      The interview process is not to challenging, and there are plenty of positions posted.

      Cons

      The recruiters do not properly inform the contractors of the clients expectations. I went into the contract expecting to work according to discussion I had at the interview, the client had other expectations. Needless to say the contract ended early.
