      Flex able work schedule. Commission is good.

      Cons

      -Shady -Says its remote but reprimanded for not showing up at the office -They are team oriented and act like they care but will cut you in an instance -they are cut throat

      Quick at finding jobs in any economy.

      Cons

      Very poor communication. Bad relationship with client (NYC Agency). Immigration personnel incompetent. Benefits below market.

      Pros

      Flexible work environment as they are remote first. Great training program that teaches you everything you need to know about recruiting and/sales. Team members are also amazing.

      Cons

      The metrics will make you quit. It happens to just about everyone that joins the company. Turnover is insane as nobody stays longer than maybe a year or two. I would say to accept a job here if you want to learn how to recruit, but don't plan to stay long. Also, in meetings they will openly say who got fired for poor performance... again, beware.
