      WFH and never having to go to the office.

      Cons

      The pay structure is awful and way below market rate for the roles we do and the workload of 2-3 ppl at a time. Most places give an 8-10% bonus at the end of the year and another 7% raise. This 2.5% won’t even cover the rising cost of everting. At this rate I’m making less than I was when I was hired. The benefits package is awful you pay so much each month and it covers nothing. Urgent care cost me almost $700 and I have the gold plan.

      You will receive the contracted pay.

      Cons

      Health insurance is terrible. My wife was removed from my insurance plan. The company they go through Thomas and Company is hired to save money for them any way they can. I was brought on as a "work to hire", but when the company was sold to another company my contract was extended. Kforce did nothing to help get me on full time. When you bring up concerns they tell you 'Well, that is up to the company you are contracted to" **Take the work if you have to, but don't count on Kforce for anything.**

      Does not support the LGTBQ Community

      Pros

      KForce is a well-performing company with productive training and resources. Associates are supportive and management is mostly made up of caring individuals.

      Cons

      Kforce intentionally does not support their LGTBQ associates. While DEI seems to be a core focus is it everything but inclusive. The company is run by white males who do not consider their employees' values or feelings.
