Pros

If KFORCE is truly the environment for you as a recruiter, you will know pretty early on. They have a great training process, great leaders who are highly experienced, competitive compensation (specifically the commission structure), and team-oriented culture. Over time you are able to have a lot of freedom in how you do your daily recruiting operations.

Cons

Just like any company there is some favoritism at play, it is a very cut-throat environment, and I believe they can do better about having a diversity of personalities working on the team. If you are not cheerful and chipper all of the time or especially extroverted, they will wonder if you are the right fit for the team and that may be the end of your employment. It has an MLM attitude. Don't expect upward mobility unless you are the chosen few, but the sky's the limit with how much money you can make even without the title.

Pros

-Culture: Kforce puts their culture at the top of their list including recognizing birthdays with gifts, career milestones, personal milestones, Culture Club, etc. -Growth: If you perform there is room for advancement. I was recently promoted to Market Manager and have 2 direct reports! -Stability: little to no layoffs due to COVID, I had my best year billing during COIVD. -Training: Great mentorship & training. Always encouraged to ask questions. If you're struggling, management will be there to help and troubleshoot areas of opportunity and improvement -Remote: Kforce is "office optional". We have offices as needed but are 100% remote. I had to relocate to PHX from Boston due to a family emergency during COVID and have been working remote with no issue for the Boston office. I plan to return to Boston in the next 2-3 years.

Cons

Not necessarily a con for me, but there are metrics to follow. I find this to be a positive for training and ramping, but for some people who don't prefer metrics this could be a negative.

Pros

Incredibly supportive co-workers and partners. Strong support with corporate partners. Feel like they really care about the person behind the position, instead of just the job.

Cons

Insurance and coverage is not the best/best prices.
