      The only good thing I loved about this company was the people I worked with. Mostly they were the reason I stayed longer.

      Cons

      Management doesn't value your contribution and loyalty with the company and does not take care of their employees. Benefits are no good. If you can, find job elsewhere.

      Pros

      I love my job because I am empowered to be creative, try new things, and I am consistently challenged. My manager is my mentor, guiding me through new challenges but encouraging autonomy in the way I execute projects. He trusts me, and I truly appreciate that! Kforce is a fantastic place to grow, whether you are just starting out or are toward the middle or end of your career. It is an environment that embraces new ideas and diversity. I am very happy here and don't want to be any place else.
