Pros

The money is great! The pay is far above most places. There are opportunities to travel if that's what you like.

Cons

The benefits are not worth the hassle. The insurance didn't cover anything, and was extremely expensive. The communication is nonexistant. I spent months not working while they tried to figure out where to place me. Once there was a problem on a job site, my recruiter stopped returning my calls and was very difficult to work with. I had to be very careful watching everything they did with pay and reimbursement because mistakes were very common.

Pros

Kforce allows you to make an unlimited amount of money. If you're willing to work hard and smart, you'll make a lot more than other staffing companies offer. The best practices we have in place are incredible and are backed by years of experience.

Cons

It's hard work, but well worth it when you're looking at a $10K commission check.

Pros

The benefits for a single person were so much more affordable than other agencies. The benefits included a 401K plan, medical, dental and vision. This helped maximise your income. The medical and dental plan were also top of the line, which was hard to believe for the price. In terms of the 401K plan, it was awesome! Although, it was not a matching program, however, this offers tax relief. In addition, they provided an opportunity to buy stock at a 5% discount rate.

Cons

The downside is that Kforce does not have a 3 month benching period like Accenture or Keane. This means that after you end your project you must actively search for a job
