Pros

The best thing about working at Kforce is the People and the Culture. I never wake up and think "I don't want to go to work today". Of course some days are better than others but for the most part I really enjoy what I do and who I work with. Kforce has made some great strides this year to really show their appreciation for its employees.

Cons

I'd say the biggest downside to Kforce is the available technology. While Kforce currently has a huge focus on new technology for several depts., they are still behind in comparison to its competitors.

Pros

Amazing leadership ranging from Market Managers, Directors, and VP's. Culture is something the company takes seriously (which is awesome) and they work hard to preserve it.

Cons

Not really any. Some long hours but every production role in almost every company has that so it comes with job.

Sea of Opportunities. Immigration team is more responsive in the documentation.

Cons

Not seen so far. Everything is good except the 60 days project search after completion of existing project.
