Pros

They have invested a lot of money into our technology and our training programs. The processes they have in place are incredible and are backed by years of experience. I've done a lot of research and they have one of the highest comp plans around and they have a pretty good benefit package. A lot of people have worked here for years...that has to say something!

Cons

You have to put in a lot of hours.... It's a very competetive environment. There is an almost cutthroat feeling between some offices.

Pros

The staff is very Flexible and friendly. Kforce always has a list of great clients and most of the projects are long term. It adds value to one's resume and Kforce is well respected among all the clients. Clients have been very impressed with teh quality of consultants coming from Kforce. The management is very transparent about their paperworks and everyone on KForce understand their responsibilities and expectations are the client's side. Benefits are above average among the peers. They also offer skillport access so that Consustants can keep uptodate with ever growing technologies.

Pros

Beneifts are good. Building is very nice. People are great to work for. Colleagues become friends.

Cons

Compensation is not good for NRC Employees, location is in a bad area, and you are pushed to put in long hours without the recognition for it.
