      I can’t think of any pros other than connecting you with other employers. You’ll have the skills to interview somewhere else and land a job.

      Cons

      Very long hours and very little commission. Management wants to work you into the ground. You’re expected to come in early, stay late and “prepare” on the weekends. Wow

      Great coworkers and a place to build friendships, flexible work schedule

      Cons

      team managers micromanage which can make it difficult. If you are having an off month they are all over you which does not motivate you, rather makes things worse. They should trust you have been properly trained and be there for support.
