      Pros

      Depends on the office. Some have nice perks and team building outings.

      Cons

      Micromanaging is encouraged. No training for new hires. Want people to blindly follow and not think for themselves. All that matters is metrics, if you lie to clients to close a deal, so be it.

      I Love helping people find positions. We do philanthropy events every quarter to give back. Great team to work with

      The managers micromanage and cannot be trusted. They do not treat people fairly, and play favorites. No development or mentor ship.
