Pros

Loved how quick they got me interviewed and hired

Cons

I felt like I never was working for a permanent position, I was basically hired to be the "help" and not a support coordinator. My assignment ended with no reason behind it and I worked my butt off at that hospital so I could learn their EMR system really well and their protocol. They led me to believe that I was about to be hired permanently only to get the rug pulled from under me for no apparent reason. I truly loved my position I was set up with. Whenever I contact the Kforce in culver city, ca. They act as if I am bothering them and they keep giving me the run around instead of giving me a straight forward answer.

Pros

Great company to work for. Knowledgeable staff, willing to train new employees. Very good work environment where you can experience new kind of technology and where the coworkers are willing to help.

Cons

Contracts with clients can be terminated rather abruptly and there is a relatively long wait for a new contract to come in. Coordinating first day assignments needs some work, since you can show up at a site without knowing were to go.

Pros

Great agency -- reps do a great job of staying in touch with the contractors they place Benefits for full time contractors are pretty good Make an effort to make you feel like part of a team instead of just a body in a chair Nice, personable reps who seem like they want to help, most of the time (see below)

Cons

If you have an issue with your assignment, KForce will back you up to a point. But when it comes down to the end, the reps will pull you off an assignment rather than risk upsetting a client, even if you have a legit complaint (being required to work holidays and weekends, being given tasks to do that don't fall within the scope of your assignment.).
