Pros
What makes coming to work the easiest is that I ove the people I work with. I met some of my best friends working at Kforce. I feel that management is very flexible with me as long as I am working hard and hitting numbers. I love that the holidays are typically a slower time in IT so that allows for plenty of time off to enjoy the holidays with family and friends. I have always felt management has been flexible with me for any PTO days I request. The office is beautiful and we usually have drinks in the fridge and snacks in the kitchen for anyone to enjoy. One of the main things that keeps me here is the opportunity to make great money. This is an environment where you can definitely make well over 100K if you put in the work.
Cons
In staffing, the job itself is pretty stressful in nature. You're dealing with peoples livelihoods while mitigating budget issues with the end client. Jobs close with no explanation, start dates are delayed, candidates don't meet client expectations, clients lose funding - you need to be able to have very difficult conversations with compassion and be solutions oriented to make it in this industry.
