Depends on the office. Some have nice perks and team building outings.

Cons

Micromanaging is encouraged. No training for new hires. Want people to blindly follow and not think for themselves. All that matters is metrics, if you lie to clients to close a deal, so be it.

From the moment I came in on day 1, I have been genuinely welcomed to the team. We are such a great unit here and really do care about and respect each other. Everyone really works hard and we definitely get rewarded. The positive reinforcement here is unmatched and is genuinely appreciated. Great benefits, fun place to work, and great management. They listen to our concerns and make changes on an as needed basis for growth and making our business better.

Cons

I think the NRC Team should have dedicated positions locally or work corporate positions so there isn't any confusion with the Field Team.

Strong commission scale, amazing culture, great work/life balance, generous and benevolent leadership, executive leadership travels to offices

Cons

Sales is sales. It's a numbers game,but at the end of the day if you are a producer/rainmaker you won't be bothered about KPIs.
