A breath of fresh air

Pros

Such a close knit team and family I feel that Manager is a true Manager and leaders are true leaders in the sense that they lead by example and I have full trust that they are looking out for my best intention. I have loved working for kforce and I love the organizations structure an fairness.

Cons

Nothing to me! I will say I have experienced 2 people leave in a month span but then again, you quickly will see if this job and work environment is made for you. It’s a hustle - but the hard work pays off and you ARE REWARDED and RECOGNIZED.

Pros

If you're "driven" by the "grind" and don't mind cold calling all day, then this is the job for you. Probably good for people right out of college to get their feet wet, or athletes since they have worked through the "grind" through everything mentality. Can be lucrative, but it really depends on a lot of factors that you have very little control of.

Cons

Bad work life balance. Lots of office politics and leadership trying to get you to conform to their culture. To be fair that's the point of this type of sales/recruiting, so its not totally their fault. Your job is basically to just cold call all day (in the simplest terms) so it takes a certain person to be successful and to want to be successful. You'll know within 6-8 months of the industry is right for you, which is why turnover is high in the industry.
