Pros

A few skilled workers who were willing to teach.

Cons

The boss and no patience for apprentices, often scolding us for minor mistakes instead of guiding us. Bullying was the real issue, with certain senior workers picking on newcomers instead of helping them grow. The atmosphere was tense, and the stubborn approach to outdated method made it even harder to learn and improve. Instead of team work, it felt like a battle just to keep up, with no room for questions or support.

Pros

The company is continuously growing which means additional workload!

Cons

Workload reaches more than 60 hours a week, which to say the least is exhausting! There's no proper management of employee workload and schedule and the manager don't care about us having proper work life balance. Having a proper break is almost impossible and that only adds to the stress!
