      Great place to work, only if your last name is Kimbel

      Pros

      Pay isn’t bad, stressful work situations made bonding to coworkers easy. Most people that work there are nice.

      Cons

      Only chance to move up is if you are related to or have the last name ‘Kimbel’. Made strict work in person policy but doesn’t make family members abide by those rules. Also gives family more vacation hours than anyone else, since they are promoted to higher positions. Takes private jet used for company on family vacations. PTO policy was recently updated and still isn’t good.

      Pros

      Don't work here for the long term. I suggest you join for the short term only if you don't get a job anywhere else.

      Cons

      The management is awful at what they do. First, they fail t o train us well and then, they blame us for not being good enough. The pay is also poor, and the management is too rude and disrespectful at times. The work ambiance and high workload kept me and many others stressed. I would not recommend you work here.

      Pros

      You aren't just a number at Kimbel. It's hard work, but if you're willing to put in the work and have a drive to continually improve, you'll have endless opportunities to develop your career here. The sky is the limit.

      Cons

      If you enjoy hard work and understand that sometimes you have to just embrace the suck, there aren't many downsides.
