      Below industry average for pay Incompetent management Nepotism Managers seem to be set on demeaning and trying to make their better employees look bad to take the spotlight off the fact that they have no clue or ambition to do their job; when usually that employee is more qualified to do their job. This is perpetuated by the fact that upper management is totally lacking in their job duties. It almost seems that they are " covering" each others backs. There is almost no onsite supervision from managers on up the chain of command. As long as the manager pencil whips his paperwork on the computer and forwards it to the proper people

      Good benefits package, stable company

      Cons

      Immature, vindictive, malicious management. So much time is spent by "some" management back-stabbing and spreading gossip as an attemp to be seen as a dream employee. I feel like I'm back in kindergarten. I've never experienced so much hostility. There is an attemp to thwart the growth of top performers due to insecurity issues.

      Good benefits. Go on STD. They just really don’t care.

      Favoritism is rampant at this company. If you are not on the in crowd it doesn’t matter what you do. They love to let people go right before Christmas. Horrible management with unrealistic goals. Super cheap, like they don’t even want to pay you for hours worked. Bonuses HAHAHAHAHA! What a joke. Be prepared to work all the time to cover people on STD. I mean all of the time.
