It is hard to move into another position whether that is laterally or vertically. Staff is overworked but not because management doesn't care it is mostly due to how challenging it is to train people fast enough to be prepared to work on their own. The Staff is extremely intelligent and some of the hardest working individuals I've met. That said it is very easy to make mistakes and seeing you are DOT and the hazards that can come with simple errors it is easy to lose your job. Don't be focused on productivity versus thoroughness. I would recommend you focus on thoroughness the productivity will come with time as you skill up. Staff can be a bit jaded because like I said you are overworked and it is a high stress job.

Management, Micro-Management, HR department, entire structure of company. They will lie to your face non-stop. They despise the union and punish accordingly. Constantly changing rules and looking for ways to fire employees. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE! Will work you to death with no appreciation and no bonuses. You are their slave. Do what I say or hit the bricks is their motto. Should be called UNKINDer Morgan.
