Don't have any, and definitely do NOT go into this company as a temp.

poor management, ZERO training and when you do get it, its taught wrong and then you are held accountable, lay offs out of no where on a small and large scale, during my time there I witnessed approximately 10 high ranking individuals be laid off or let go completely out of the blue with no warning, company is not held to their word and a lot of empty promises are made in the administration office to temps that go through People Ready... just be warned is all, I and a few others wish we had been

Management Time off: you get 120 hrs, more or less three weeks of PTO, no distinction between sick days and vacation Gossipy environment 100% micromanaged They will lie about career growth during interview, it take 7 years to go from regular finance analyst to Sr. Finance Analyst! Make sure to ask about how much you will travel. Very little support and training, it’s the “kinder Morgan way”
