      Pros

      Great culture, Competitive pay, Competitive benefits, Plenty of opportunity for growth. Best PTO package I have ever seen. Annual company retreat.

      Cons

      Must be willing to learn and grow to understand the systems and software. The hiring process may seem lengthy but it is worth it if you make it all the way.

      Pros

      Recent changes have the company moving forward at a lightning pace. Business is good, market share is growing, and we are expanding into new verticals. We are beginning to adopt the latest technologies in software development. Co-workers and management are friendly and helpful. As of this year, employee benefits have been completely revamped.

      Cons

      From a software development perspective, we have quite a few large legacy projects using outdated technologies, although this is to be expected at a company with many long-term customers. The good news is this is being actively addressed, and is rapidly improving. Until now, employee benefits were weak across the board. With new c-level management and a large investment, the issue has been completely resolved.
