Good place to learn about the transdermal and inhalation fields of medical device/pharmaceuticals

Cons

Management makes impulse decisions without regard for the repercussions required requiring employees to work extra/off shift. Cost cutting happens all the time. Lack of resources for manufacturing and engineering. Lack of technical knowledge leads to inconsistent equipment and high turnover.
