Worked with some cool people in engineering and production

Cons

-Terrible management, especially in the manufacturing department -Most of management and leadership team are completely clueless and have no knowledge of any of the manufacturing processes, products, or quality aspects of a GMP environment. -Blame culture in every department- engineers (specifically) are constantly blamed for anything but do 80% of the work that it takes to produce product and revenue for the company -No growth at all -Favoritism -Overall would not even recommend this job to my worst enemy. Even if you are desperate DO NOT work here.

Everyone is very nice. The Midwestern charm instilled from 3M is still very present.

Cons

No career growth opportunities, pay is below industry standard. Annual bonuses have not been paid in full or even in the first half of the following year since the spinoff. Rotating executive leadership and general revolving door of people in and out of the company at all levels. Solely a contract manufacturer without any R&D pipeline.
