      Humble office terrible place to work

      Pros

      They always pay on time.

      Cons

      Humble office manager treats nurses very poorly. She seems to make up rules to suit herself. Talks to office staff like slaves. No organization when it comes to nurse assignments. They will run you all over the area so that you spend more time driving than caring for patients. Office manager forces you to use personal time off (time off that you've earned) when you are sick and need to see a doctor.

      Used to be a great place; pays pretty well.

      Cons

      Now, management is only out for themselves, and lack experience, wisdom, and good judgement. Lots of layoffs in the past and upcoming. On-going professional development is non-existent.

      Pros

      Freedom to come in, as long as Pt's are seen within their preference. Flexible work days w proactive rehab team.

      Cons

      Administration hinders rehabilitation productivity, ordering equipment like cushions and walkers takes pulling tooth and nail. As in most places, CNA staffing is always in shortage.
