New Administrator is a Tyrant. If you want to try to fit 12 hrs of work in a 8 hr day. Rarely get lunch. Receive no raise and loose PTO time for this year and next-consider them. Not to mention no supplies or equipment to work with. Upper management does not listen and is so out of touch about the work load it feels like you are working in a 3rd world country.
