      Pros

      Strong clinical protocols to get work done right. Great administrative support for vent managemtn program.

      Cons

      Some times needed to fight with materials management for the right supplies to do the job. They looked at a book and made assumptions about what we needed without talking to us.

      Pros

      This was an amazing hospital to work for. The pay, and benifits were above average for the year. I also was given many learning opportunities, and chances to add certifications to my resume. I aquired a lot of excellent skills in ICU setting, and would work for this company again.

      Cons

      The few cons I can think of are this was a small facility, so almost everyone found out everyone elses buisness fast, and the turnover ratio was high. I assumed because the patients were severely critical, and the patient load was rather high most of the time, ie 1 to 12..

      Pros

      Working for Kindred is great. The company not only preaches work life balance they live it. The management (at least in my department) really encourages all employees to make sure they take time for themselves and their family. They even provide surprise time off now and then to employees where they are not required to use any leave.

      Cons

      The PTO benefits are not the greatest.
