Pros

Low cost healthcare benefits, 401k, nice to visit with patients/clients everyday, low cost meals for employees, accommodates office supply needs well.

Cons

Management clicks, unpleasant smells everyday, company expected me to serve meals and be an advocate for elderly in an assigned room for angel program on top of a high pressure job and did not compensate in pay, tended to hire inexperienced and uncertified people often.

Pros

Pay is good. Family lives in the area.

Cons

Promises of training never came through. Make a mistake and you are written up. Politics in the company is unbelievable. No raises, and PTO time is being taken away. Management is rude and disrepecful. Be a "yes man" or you are out. Management really doesn't know what it wants.

Pros

Good coworkers and good working environment. Hard to get fired (this is mostly a con, but for those looking for stability it's a pro).

Cons

Little to no raises in last five years and some annual layoffs and downsizing (mostly impacts overhead). Leadership is trying to do the right thing for everyone in a difficult operating environment. Work load getting to be too much with hiring freeze and open position cuts.
