Pros

If you are smart and saavy, you will learn a lot in a short time. However if you are smart and saavy this is the way you can get in trouble. Keep your mouth shut and you will be fine.

Cons

We are not told how we are doing compared to other markets. Sneaky sales management that lie to your face. Not a professional environment. Team is gossipy and mean to others. Team members get written up on a frequent basis if someone speaks up. It is an uncaring environment where everyone is unhappy. Long hours with no pay off with bonus. Goals are unattainable and arbitrary. If you have pharma experience, they love to bring you on the team. However, the ramp up time is extremely short with extremely high expectations.

Pros

All disciplines work cohesively. They try to provide education on geriatrics. Hire new grads.

Cons

People rarely get fired they get promoted instead or shuffled around. Senior management is very gossipy. It's like high school. They can make life miserable till the person quits. Their hotline is a joke since people at the district office protects their own. Patient satisfaction is secondary to making money. Don't give raises that are comparable with other employers. So all the good people leave.
