      Pros

      The staff is generally very good. Everyone is skilled at what they do. The immediate supervisors are great, one of the two managers is great.

      Cons

      Little to no incentive. Budget problems reducing essential staff. Senior management too concerned about the bottom line. Lots of politics, back stabbing and an amazing rumor mill. Many meetings have the purpose of explaining how well the company is doing on the stock market etc. to name a few.

      Pros

      Harder to find one every month. I enjoy the team I work with and that is about it now.

      Cons

      This company has poor communication, horrible raises (1%...finally....after 2 years of 0), benefits have gotten so much worse. The nickel and dime at every corner so that the owner can pocket his $11 million dollar salary/bonus while the people who EARN that money for him suffer. The health benefits this year essentially give families NOTHING until the pay $4000 out of pocket first. Oh yeah and that is in addition to the monthly costs. Worst benefits I have ever seen in 12 years of management.

      Pros

      good place for new nurses because of the experince you get here. Its busy and stressful, but that will only make you better in your competencies. Good staff.

      Cons

      this place is busy most of the times. Nurse to patient ratio is 1 : 5 or 1 : 6 most of the time.
