      Pros

      Nice cafeteria. Parking is partially paid for, which is really nice. ATM that doesn't charge a service fee. I like this place.

      Cons

      Health insurance is terrible. 401(k) is terrible. Tuition reimbursement is terrible. No garage parking for new employees. Home life balance.

      Corporate managers provided good guidance. Salaries and benefits comparable to other facilities. There are Friendly coworkers who genuinely care about residents.

      Cons

      Corporate emphasis on making money seems to detract from patient care. Not enough staff/staff cut to minimum when census low.
