Pros

There are very few "pros"about Kings. One of them is the benefits however you only get them once you have been there a year and your not a C.C.

Cons

everything. The pay is so not worth the work! You work hard and get paid very little almost nothing. On top of that how long it takes to get benefits. A year or longer depending on where you are. People drop like flies due to the fact of finding jobs that pay WAY better!

King soopers is throwing everything at the wall, trying to make something stick. Expect random changes in direction from people who have never worked in a grocery store. Expect random shipments from the warehouse with product you have no hope of selling. Expect to be required to work overtime to cover labor shortages, and then chewed out the next week for using too much OT, when your department is down 50 hours from the forecast. You are a cog, and they don't care if you are there or not.

Working for narcissistic - burnout -lying - unprofessional managers. Stupid-anti trusting-micro managing Corp Managers. Feed the human spirit...garbage. King Soopers is going to die a slow death thanks to horrible leadership.
