Met some great people and senior management was great. But , the union had their hands tied.

Cons

The union dues..never met my rep. People get advancement off of time put in..not by skills. Peanuts for pay.

The management has changed a lot over the years, the co workers are great, and if you demonstrate a track record of high performance it's very easy to go far! The pay is fantastic compared to other retail stores, and they provide healthcare.

Cons

Hour flexibility can be difficult in key positions. Union bargaining can be a stressful time, and a lot of rumours circulate. In lower paying positions as a part time worker dues can consume a large portion of your take home pay.
