Pros

The pay, benefits and other compensation plans were generally decent. The working conditions were also ok and the people were reasonably nice.

Cons

As a beginning employee at King Soopers, my shifts were pretty bad. I do not feel I was given a fair shake in this respect. Maybe it gets better after you work there a while.

Pros

Work around your schedule if you are in school. Good atmosphere to work and serve customers. The customers come back time and time and you get to know them.

Cons

Can get quite busy at times and not enough cashiers and or baggers. Having to work past breaks sometime because of the rush.

The people are friendly, managers are very accommodating and will help with any questions or comments. Breaks and Paid Time off is an advantage for part-time employees.

Cons

The hours are very limited, sometimes less than 5 per week. Pay is minimum wage. Schedules are based on seniority, which is good for more senior people, and not as attractive for new employees.
