Poor Management

Pros

Policies apply up to the manager, so the policies are not applied equally to everybody. This allow to the manager to have preferences.

Cons

The benefits are really bad. The medical insurance doesn't really cover nothing. Also, we don't have salary increase every year.

Horrible job

Pros

The hours are amazing for the pay rate. Decent co-workers

Cons

People are smashing car windshields and they didn't make a move to prevent further damage. They take their sweet time to unlock the frint gate instead of hiring security. The staff sleep with the residents and flaunt about it. Residents get to do whatever they please.
