It's been more than 8 years sense I left the company, the knowledge that I obtained while working at the Kintock Group has help me Advance in my current job.

Cons

24 hour service, If you are a Resident Supervisor your shift will change every several months.

The abundance of available overtime, at times was ok. The inmates werent bad either for the most part they complied with requests

Cons

The staff, enviornment, the pay, the benefits, the culture. every aspect of this job was horrible. i would not advise anyone i considered a friend apply there.

When residents succeed; generous time-off compared to other companies and okay health insurance. Some parts of job could be fun

Cons

Corporate making decisions that hurt quality of service and focus on money only. They don't care about employees and work them to the ground. People get fired for no reason all the time.
