      - generous benefits & perks - solid work-life balance - hybrid work model that doesn't feel "enforced"

      Cons

      - $2.7M ARR target for Mid Market with ACV of $50k which requires you to close 40+ deals a year to hit your target - ^Only a handful of reps are overachieving; most of us are stuck in a 70-90% pigeon-hold - Downgrades count against you, meaning you can be selling against a deficit (some AEs will have -$50k in their name to start a month due to territory restructuring) - Generally, product isn't sales-centric. Was historically an SMS add-on for SMBs due to Shopify, struggling to gain traction upmarket - Add the end of the day, reps only get paid about 4% on the deals closed (low compared to SaaS industry standards of 7-10%)
