Pros

Not one pro comes to my mind. Even if there were, would not outweigh the horrifying number of cons.

Cons

Combative, unethical, incompetent, back-stabbing culture. Antiquated manufacturing processes, good 'ole boy management style throughout the organization. If you are an attractive female willing to put up with some slight sexual harassment, maybe this is the place for you. Or, if you are a male willing to laugh along with the president's 1970's era comments, this may be the place for you. Oh, and if you enjoy being berated in front of large groups of people, then this is definitely the place for you.

they will tell you have off for a holiday and then make you work (same with some weekends)

Bad communication, every person only cares about their selves even management. Training is horrible.
