Good group of people, undervalued by management

Pros

I got to work with a great group of people. I had the ability to learn some different things and try different areas.

Cons

Senior management has a lot to be desired. Random layoffs. Production level employees were not treated very well. The company mantra of "you're lucky to even have a job in this economy" will only last until people find something better.

Pros

Busy, they do not lay off. The owner is a good guy.

Cons

Raises, bonuses and benefits are bad. They do not promote, they only hire outside for management/supervisors rather than promote. Lots of weekend work without notice. It's easy to get fired. Very high turnover.

They have great benefits. It is growing and stable company. We worked well with the companies we produced for and we were appreciated.

Cons

There is a lot to learn with many products, therefore they could invest a lot more time in training.
