Treats everyone fairly. Learned a lot. Management cares for all employees and treats everyone the same. Awesome work environment. Fun and helpful people.

Cons

None, except that there wasn't a lot to do because the company wasn't doing too well at one point. (Don't worry KCG, just work hard!!)

Good management structure, enjoyed working with my colleagues. Easy commute for NJ residents, as the office location is not in the city.

Cons

Company got to a point where it was not doing very well at all. Therefore, I couldn't get hired back.
