      -if you're part of the "in crowd" you'll be saved by management but even today, the word on the street is that they are running out of people to let go so some of the "in crowd" is being targeted

      Cons

      -terrible "product" -terrible culture -selfish leadership, lack ability to be strategic... one time the CEO said something like... "I locked myself in a room and developed our strategy for the whole company..." -will create scapegoats for poor company performance
