      Pros

      - Like my coworkers - including leadership - Trust in my expertise - Open door policy is true - HR is helpful and cares - Prioritize wellness - Work hard, but still good work/life balance - Challenging work, but people, including leadership, want to do it the right way - Believe in trajectory of company - Wake up every day and still enjoy my job

      Cons

      - Cross-departmental communication can sometimes fall short..,trying to fix though - A lot of meetings - On camera meetings 99% of the time - Works lean so sometimes lack of resources - Travel and reimbursement policy is a little stingy

      -used to have a good culture with strong collaboration

      Cons

      -no actual product -no meaningful new clients in 2 years -unexpected layoffs every 3 months for seemingly no reason. They certainly haven’t helped Knotch’s dire situation -terrible leadership, all they do is try to appease the board’s ever-changing whims, sacrificing people and product along the way -knotch is a fast sinking ship led by an inexperienced CEO who has no idea how to run a business -the 5 star review from fall 2021 was clearly written by Knotch. None of it is true, and it parrots the same baloney that they try and force down people’s throats
